ch = chain stitch
sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
sl st = slip stitch

Other abbreviations:
BLO = in back loops only
FLO = in front loops only
sk = skip
FO = Fasten off.

R 1: 3 sc
R 2: 4 sc
R 3: 6 sc
R 4: 10 sc
R 5: 10 sc
R 5: 12 sc
R 6: 14 sc
R 7: 16 sc
R 8: 20 sc

Face in rose
R 9: 20 sc in BLO
R 10: 20 sc
R 11: 20 sc
R 12: 16 sc
R 13: 16 sc

Clothes in blue

R 16 : 25 sc

Stuff the head and put the stopper into the crocheted piece.

Sew beard onto face.

Embroider nose (in rose), eyes (in black, brown, or whatever color you like), eye brows and hair (in white).
